The Your Brockenhurst WhatsApp Community helps residents stay up-to-date with local news, events, activities and community initiatives.

The community includes a number of topic-based groups, each managed by an administrator. This helps keep conversations friendly, relevant and useful for everyone.

By joining, members agree to help make the community a positive place by keeping messages:

• respectful and welcoming to everyone
• friendly, non-party-political and free from offensive content
• concise, constructive and based on accurate information
• relevant to Brockenhurst and focused on local issues, and
• free from inappropriate commercial promotion.

We encourage open and constructive discussion. If a message doesn’t follow these guidelines, an administrator may remove it. Repeated or serious breaches may result in a member being removed from the community.

If you have any questions about a moderation decision, believe a message has been removed in error, or would like to report a message that doesn’t meet these guidelines, please contact the relevant group administrator or email info@yourbrockenhurst.org.

The views expressed by individual members are their own and do not necessarily represent those of Your Brockenhurst or its working groups.

Privacy

Messages and calls within WhatsApp Communities are protected by end-to-end encryption.

Depending on your privacy settings and existing contacts, your telephone number may be visible to community administrators, people who have saved your number or people with whom you already share a chat.
