Who Are We?
Brockenhurst Community Action Group (BCAG) is part of Brockenhurst Village Trust (BVT), which is a registered charity (number……)
We are a team of volunteers committed to safeguarding what is special in our community, whilst also positively addressing concerns that are important to residents. We have three key objectives:
Support an informed, connected and resilient Community
Identify and lead ‘Community Action Groups’
Promote existing and new community groups
These objectives are delivered following these key principles: community led, inclusive, representative, courteous, solution driven, in line with regulations, engaging with authorities, apolitical and non-commercial.
We appreciate that people may disagree on certain topics. We believe in disagreeing amicable.
We believe in driving for solutions that benefit the Community. When engaging with authorities, we believe in working together following a “what can we do to help you help us”.
